While You Weigh It Up

A Score For Each Question You Asked

Use this when you are weighing one part of the site against the rest before joining.

Security — 8.5/10

Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence ALSI-132694 sits behind 256-bit AES encryption, and Gaming Laboratories International, QUINEL and GLI audit the games, so the ground is solid.

Bonus — 7.7/10

A 39x wagering requirement and a 26-day window to clear the welcome match force steady play, which holds this criterion below the best marks.

Payments — 8.5/10

Payouts of ten minutes sit alongside a NZ$11 minimum deposit and a wide spread of methods, from Visa and Skrill to POLi, Jeton and Apple Pay.

Games — 9.5/10

With 8,363 games drawn from 130 providers, the shelf runs from slots to live tables, so almost any taste is covered without needing a second site.

Support — 8.5/10

Live chat, email and phone lines answer around the clock, and an English speaker sits among German, Spanish and French staff, so help is rarely far away.

Mobile Play — 7.5/10

The same account opens in your phone browser, and Apple Pay or Google Pay make a top-up quick, though nothing here is built as a dedicated download.

When A Log-In Fails, Help Is Awake

Chat, email and phone lines run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so nothing waits for office hours. Staff answer in English, German, Spanish and French, at [email protected] and +64 9 915 6658.

Best when a deposit goes missing or a bonus does not trigger and you want an answer within minutes.

Better for statements, account closures and anything with screenshots attached, where a written trail helps.

Keep your registration email address, a photo identification and the card image nearby so a locked account is cleared in one exchange.

Read This Before You Decide

Play here if you want a huge catalogue, around-the-clock help and fast payouts in New Zealand dollars; think twice if you prefer a strict local license, because the Anjouan regulator is light and the 39x wagering with a 26-day window is demanding. The strength is breadth and payment speed, the weakness is offshore oversight and the 52-hour verification hold before a first withdrawal. Our overall figure is 8.4 out of 10.

Seven Questions

The Short Answers You Need Upfront

Use it at the moment you are filling in the sign-up form and weighing the terms.

trustWhat if I win big, how much can I take out?+

The biggest single withdrawal you can request is NZ$95,000. That ceiling sits well above the usual spend in New Zealand, and each cash-out is also checked against the verified name on your account.

trustHow long do I wait for an answer overnight?+

You can open a live chat at any hour, because the desk runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email and phone work too: [email protected] and +64 9 915 6658, and the team also speaks German, Spanish and French.

trustWhat if my first deposit is only a small amount?+

You can start with as little as NZ$11, so a small first deposit is enough to look around. Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard, Jeton and POLi are all accepted, alongside Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

trustWhere can I play if my phone is all I have?+

The whole casino runs in your phone browser, so you sign in with your email address and password and start playing without installing anything. It is built for small screens rather than phones first, so expect a tidy but plain layout on Android or iPhone.

trustWhere do I check the wagering terms before I claim?+

The welcome offer carries a 39x wagering requirement and stays live for 26 days, which is a demanding combination for a casual player. Read that figure as turnover you must play through, not as a target you can skip.

trustCan I get my money out the same day?+

Once your account is verified, payouts are processed in about ten minutes, which is fast by any standard. The catch sits earlier in the queue: verification of your documents takes around 52 hours, and no cash-out moves before that is done.

trustCan I check that Roobet is licensed?+

Roobet Casino holds a license from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, number ALSI-132694. That is an offshore license rather than a New Zealand one, so local consumer law does not stand behind your account, and help from services such as Gambling Helpline New Zealand still matters.
